Shipping Policy

At Nilla Design Co, every parcel is packed with care by our small Cape Town team. We take time with each order to make sure it arrives safely and beautifully — ready to be treasured wherever you are.


Order Processing

-Unframed Prints, Greeting Cards, Magnets & Bags: Dispatched within 3–5 working days.

-Framed Prints: Dispatched within 5–10 working days to allow for framing and final checks.
You’ll receive an email with your tracking link once your order is on its way.


Domestic Shipping (South Africa)

We deliver nationwide with The Courier Guy.

-Delivery Time: 2–4 working days after dispatch.

-Shipping Fees:

-R45 for small parcels (prints, cards, magnets, tote & drawstring bags)

-R95 for framed pieces (heavier items 2kg +)

-Free Shipping: Orders over R1400 ship for free.
Need it sooner? Express delivery is available on request.

Once collected by the courier, it’s the customer’s responsibility to ensure someone is available for delivery or to liaise directly with the courier for any changes.


International Shipping

We ship worldwide through TUNL, a trusted South African logistics partner.

-Delivery Time: 10–21 working days depending on destination.

-Duties & Taxes: May apply and are the buyer’s responsibility.

-Tracking: All international parcels include end-to-end tracking.


Packaging

Each parcel is prepared with care:

-Art Prints: Protective sleeve + sturdy backing.

-Framed Prints: Securely wrapped with padding and corner protection.

-Multiple Items: Combined where possible to reduce waste and shipping costs.


Lost or Delayed Parcels

We’ll always do our best to help if your parcel is delayed.
Please first check your tracking link, and if needed, contact us at hello@nilladesign.co — we’ll gladly assist in following up with the courier.

When will my order ship?
Within 3–10 working days, depending on the product type.

Can I track my parcel?
Yes! All orders are trackable via The Courier Guy (local) or TUNL (international).

My parcel is late — what should I do?
Occasional delays can happen due to customs or courier issues. If it’s taking longer than expected, please reach out and we’ll investigate.

What if my order arrives damaged?
Email hello@nilladesign.co.za within 48 hours of receiving your parcel, including photos and your order number — we’ll replace or refund it.

Can I include a note with a gift?
Of course — just leave your message at checkout and we’ll include a handwritten note.
