Orders & Processing

How long will my order take to process?

All orders are packed and shipped from Cape Town with care.

  • Unframed Prints, Greeting Cards, Magnets & Bags: 3–5 working days
  • Framed Prints: 7–10 working days (to allow for framing and final checks)

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.

Have a deadline for delivery? Contact us directly and we’ll do our best to meet your request.

If I order a framed print, will it arrive framed?

Yes — if you order a framed print, it will arrive at your home already framed and ready to hang, with no need to frame it yourself.

Can I order a custom size print?

Our standard print sizes are A5, A4, and A3, but we can sometimes accommodate custom sizes depending on the artwork and your needs.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We start preparing orders quickly, so changes are only possible if your order hasn’t entered production or been dispatched.

If you need to make an adjustment, please email us as soon as possible at jani@glorypixels.co.za and we’ll do our best to assist.

Shipping

Do you ship across South Africa?

Yes! We deliver nationwide using The Courier Guy. Delivery usually takes 2–4 working days after dispatch, depending on your location.

Do you offer international shipping?

We do. International orders are shipped via TUNL or other competitively priced international couriers.

Delivery typically takes 7–21 working days, depending on your country and local customs.

How much does shipping cost?

🇿🇦 South Africa

  • R45 for most parcels (prints, greeting cards, magnets, tote bags & drawstring bags)
  • R95 for framed prints and heavier parcels over 2kg
  • R200 for bulk framed print shipping (10–20kg)
    (Additional bulk items will be quoted separately.)


Free shipping for all SA orders over R1400.
Need it sooner? Overnight/express delivery can be arranged on request.

🌍 International Shipping

International shipping is calculated automatically at checkout based on the total weight and size of your order.

Most of our products (prints, cards, magnets, bags) are very lightweight, which keeps international delivery costs affordable.

Typical rates (subject to change):

  • 0–499g: R320
  • 500–999g: R700
  • 1000g–1499g: R1200
  • 1500g–1999g: R1450

Please note: International shipping for framed prints is limited and available on request due to their size.

How do I track my parcel?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel’s journey — whether it’s through The Courier Guy (local) or TUNL (international).

Returns & Exchanges

What is your returns policy?

Because our pieces are printed or made to order, we only accept returns for damaged or faulty items reported within 48 hours of delivery.

If your item qualifies, we’ll arrange collection and either:

  • Send a replacement, or
  • Issue a Nilla Design Co gift voucher for the same value if a replacement isn’t available

My order arrived damaged — what should I do?

We’re so sorry this happened!

Please email us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel, including your order number, photos of the damage, and a short note describing the issue.

We’ll take care of it as quickly as possible.

Gifting

Can I include a handwritten note or gift message?

Absolutely. Leave your message in the “Notes” section at checkout, and we’ll include a handwritten card with your order.

Do you sell gift vouchers?

Yes — our Nilla Design Co digital gift vouchers make a beautiful and flexible present.

They can be used on any item in our store and never expire.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major cards, as well as PayFast and PayPal for international customers.

All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments — your card details are never shared or stored by us.

Can I pay via EFT?

If you prefer to pay by EFT, please email us before placing your order — we’ll gladly help arrange it manually.
